Want to boost protein in your snack? Add a little cottage cheese!
Sometimes I like to incorporate COTTAGE CHEESE into my Cascade Fresh yogurt. I can bump up the protein by 7 grams just be adding 1/4 cup and I love the texture that the cottage cheese gives to the yogurt.
