Exciting times for gut health
Cascade Fresh is fortunately on the spear of the arrow regarding gut health research, developments and findings.  Recent studies, publications, and shared philosophies in the medical community have pointed to an intensified focus around gut health.  See Dr. Perlmutter’s work who is among the industry leaders in the area talking about how to treat the whole gut and how important it is to have the live active probiotics.   The good news for us is that no other yogurt has the array of active cultures that we do and we expect to see more and more enlightened about this in the coming years.  We’ll strive to innovate, collaborate and keep up with the latest.
